While I sometimes call this piece, “Hair,” I think its true name is “Guilt.” Guilt grows from the mind and can consume the mind. It weighs you down, makes you a prisoner, and immobilizes you. But it’s not something you can just cut off— there’s an emotional attachment to that feeling of guilt, a strange sense of responsibility as if you deserve it, the bondage and suffering. Because you should have known better. Because you could have avoided it. Because you would have done something different if you knew that this would be the outcome. It grows and grows and grows.

Hey all!
Just thought I would swing in and say that it’s been a week and I haven’t even UNPACKED from Fanime yet. That’s right. My suitcases are still littering my apartment floor.
So thank you all for your continued support~ I should have a Fanime post up sometime next week and am considering opening up online sales for leftover prints.
